Choosing the software There is no "one size fits all" solution. A tradesperson will have different requirements to a retailer or a wholesaler. Computer salespeople usually sell hundreds of different products meaning that their knowledge of each product they sell would be limited. You need someone with specialist experience who can consider YOUR business requirements before recommending a particular software package. What about training and support?Trainers and consultants who are accredited by the software suppliers have undertaken in-depth training and exams, and must keep up to date with their product knowledge. We are accredited in MYOB, Quicken and Pastel software. On-site training, as opposed to classroom training, allows the consultant to set up the data to suit the requirements of your business. We have set up a large number of businesses in a wide variety of industries. Our one-to-one training allows us to explain concepts and procedures in terminology that you can understand, and allows you to ask questions. Training is done on your computer, so you don't have to contend with a different operating system or software version. Follow-up questions can sometimes be answered in a short phone call, or further appointments can be arranged. |
